dL’Albufera, a word that in its Arabic origin means “el marecito”, or land of rice fields and sunsets, inspired the best-known dish in Spanish cuisine, the Paella.
It also gave name to this restaurant, whose objective since its opening in 1983 has been to provide Madrid a space where everyone can enjoy the rich flavors of Levantine gastronomy while experiencing the healthy Mediterranean style of sharing food.
On our menu, you will find an extensive variety of rice as well as other specialties prepared with an excellent selection of meat and fish, with a combination of quality ingredients and care down to the smallest details, in the preparation of our dishes.
